Job Description

Lead end-to-end supply chain planning processes including demand forecasting, supply planning, and capacity planning.
Manage logistics, warehousing, transportation, and distribution activities to ensure timely movement of materials and finished products.
Drive S&OP processes by collaborating with commercial, procurement, and operations teams to align supply with business requirements.
Monitor and improve key supply chain metrics including forecast accuracy, OTIF, inventory levels, and supplier performance.
Lead export and import operations, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, trade requirements, and cost optimization.
Drive continuous improvement projects, process standardization, and supply chain best practices across functions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience managing end-to-end supply chain operations, with strong expertise in S&OP, demand planning, logistics, procurement, warehousing, and inventory management. Experience handling poultry, animal nutrition, feed additives, or cold chain products is preferred (not must), along with strong exposure to export-import operations and international logistics. The individual should have proven leadership experience, cross-functional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive supply chain efficiency improvements.
