- Lead end-to-end supply chain planning processes including demand forecasting, supply planning, and capacity planning.
- Manage logistics, warehousing, transportation, and distribution activities to ensure timely movement of materials and finished products.
- Drive S&OP processes by collaborating with commercial, procurement, and operations teams to align supply with business requirements.
- Monitor and improve key supply chain metrics including forecast accuracy, OTIF, inventory levels, and supplier performance.
- Lead export and import operations, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, trade requirements, and cost optimization.
- Drive continuous improvement projects, process standardization, and supply chain best practices across functions.
A successful candidate will have
10+ years of experience managing end-to-end supply chain operations, with strong expertise in
S&OP, demand planning, logistics, procurement, warehousing, and inventory management. Experience handling poultry, animal nutrition, feed additives, or
cold chain products is preferred (not must), along with strong exposure to
export-import operations and international logistics. The individual should have proven leadership experience, cross-functional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive supply chain efficiency improvements.
