1. Responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain operations, excluding procurement.
2. This includes managing warehouse teams, inventory planning and forecasting, logistics planning, B2B sales, and stock planning.
3. Supervising 2-3 individuals at the Assistant Manager/Senior Executive level, along with other team members, making up a total team strength of 10-15 members.
4. A strong understanding of supply chain costs at various levels.
5. Should possess strong analytical skills to collaborate with teams on problem-solving and efficiency projects.
6. Strong advanced Excel, dashboards, and data consolidation etc
7. should understand key performance metrics for channels such as Nykaa, Q-commerce, Amazon, and Myntra.
1. Candidates with 8-12 years of work experience and a graduation or post-graduation degree.
2. Should be ready to relocate to Whitefield, Bangalore.
3. Strong team management and interpersonal skills. The candidate should have demonstrated stability for 3-4 years and successfully managed the growth phase of some DTC brands.
4. Candidate from some DTC brand who has seen scale of 150-200 cr - DTC orders (website) 4000-5000 per day Products sold on all e-commerce channels exports
5. We are also open to evaluating candidates who have graduated from a reputable college and are planning to pursue an MBA or PG after 2 years, as this role can help build their career story.
