Role Description
This is a part-time role for a Supply Chain Manager responsible for overseeing supply chain operations, optimizing workflow efficiency, and supporting the effective coordination of procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution activities. Key responsibilities include analyzing supply chain performance, managing supplier relationships, monitoring inventory levels, and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and cost management. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to support demand planning, procurement coordination, and logistics management initiatives. The Supply Chain Manager will assist in identifying operational risks, developing process improvement strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and operational standards. Additional responsibilities include preparing operational reports, tracking key performance indicators, resolving supply chain challenges, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives related to sourcing, inventory management, transportation, and overall supply chain performance.
Qualifications
· Strong knowledge of supply chain management, procurement operations, logistics, and inventory control processes
· Familiarity with demand forecasting, supplier management, transportation coordination, and warehouse operations
· Proficiency in supply chain systems, reporting tools, and operational data analysis
· Understanding of workflow optimization, cost management, and distribution planning processes
· Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and implement effective solutions
· Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
· Familiarity with ERP systems, supply chain technologies, and process improvement methodologies is a plus
· Knowledge of compliance standards, operational procedures, and performance monitoring practices
· Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
· Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
