Work closely with QA and engineering teams to validate reliability, aging, and certification test plans.

Collaborate with design, engineering, and program teams to align BOM readiness, DFMA reviews, and pilot builds.

Support early supplier engagement and component feasibility assessments.

Oversee tooling, sample builds, PPAP validations, and supplier onboarding for new SKUs.

Coordinate with ODMs to ensure manufacturability and schedule adherence.

5. Cross-Functional & Vendor Coordination

Act as a single point of contact for supplier, ODM, and internal team interfaces.

Collaborate with finance for PO release, landed cost tracking, and working capital optimization.

Coordinate with logistics and warehouse functions to ensure build-to-ship transition.

Support material readiness for retail rollouts and global shipments.

8+ years of experience in consumer electronics / hardware manufacturing / ODM-based product development.

Strong background in electronics and mechanical sourcing, vendor audits, and cost management.

Hands-on experience managing ODMs and EMS partners in India and China.

Proficient in supplier negotiations, technical documentation, and production analytics.

Self-driven, process-oriented, and able to lead end-to-end execution with limited supervision.
