Job Description

Role Overview:

The Project Manager Supply Chain will lead end-to-end supply chain projects, ensuring operational efficiency, cost optimization, and seamless coordination across procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage large-scale supply chain projects from planning to execution.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Drive demand planning, inventory optimization, and distribution efficiency.
  • Manage vendor partnerships and contract negotiations.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations, and technical teams.
  • Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Drive process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Monitor KPIs and present performance reports to leadership.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in supply chain/project management.
  • Strong expertise in procurement, logistics, warehouse operations, and inventory control.
  • Proven experience in handling multi-location or PAN India operations.
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
