Role Overview:
The Project Manager Supply Chain will lead end-to-end supply chain projects, ensuring operational efficiency, cost optimization, and seamless coordination across procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage large-scale supply chain projects from planning to execution.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Drive demand planning, inventory optimization, and distribution efficiency.
- Manage vendor partnerships and contract negotiations.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations, and technical teams.
- Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Drive process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Monitor KPIs and present performance reports to leadership.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in supply chain/project management.
- Strong expertise in procurement, logistics, warehouse operations, and inventory control.
- Proven experience in handling multi-location or PAN India operations.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
