Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Canada & Australia for a Supply Chain Manager. The Supply Chain Manager will oversee the end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, procurement, and inventory optimization. Key responsibilities include analyzing inventory levels, negotiating with suppliers, improving supply chain efficiency, and managing supply chain risks. The role will require collaboration with multi-departmental teams to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of goods and services.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Demand Planning and assessing future supply requirements.
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and develop effective strategies.
• Expertise in Supply Management and Procurement processes, including vendor negotiations.
• Experience in Inventory Management to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of supply chain management software/tools will be advantageous.
• Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree or specialized certifications in supply chain is a plus.
