We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager who can build visibility, control, and efficiency across the end-to-end supply chain. This role focuses on planning, coordination, and executionensuring materials, inventory, and operations move seamlessly to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations
- Oversee procurement, vendor management, logistics, and inventory control
- Forecast demand and align supply plans to business requirements
- Drive cost optimization while maintaining quality and service levels
- Monitor supply chain KPIs and implement process improvements
- Coordinate with production, sales, finance, and warehouse teams
- Identify risks and develop mitigation plans for supply disruptions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management
- Strong understanding of procurement, inventory planning, and demand forecasting
- Experience working with ERP / supply chain systems
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, retail, or industrial sectors
- Exposure to global sourcing and international logistics
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or process optimization methodologies
- Experience managing cross-functional or multi-location teams
