Job Description

• Act as a Functional Consultant for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations / Dynamics AX 2012 R3 in the Supply Chain Management (SCM) domain.
• Provide core product knowledge and implement best practices for SCM processes.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful end-to-end implementations.
• Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and validating configurations to ensure solution quality and accuracy.
• Configure and manage key SCM components such as:
• Inventory Management, Purchase & Sales Processes, Warehouse Management, Transfer Orders, and Master Planning.
• Configuration of Products, Items, BOMs, Number Sequences, Dimensions, Ledger, and Tax setups.
• Support data migration using data entities and ensure smooth transition from legacy systems.
• Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions with clients.
• Prepare detailed project documentation FRD, FDD, Fit-Gap Analysis, User Guides, and related deliverables.
• Design functional solutions for customizations, including reports, integrations, and business workflows.
• Participate in end-to-end project lifecycle activities from requirement gathering to deployment.
• AX / D365 Certification will be an added advantage.

Mandatory Skills

Core functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and Dynamics AX 2012 R3

Strong domain knowledge in Supply Chain Management (SCM)

Proven experience in Inventory, Procurement, Sales, and Warehouse processes

Hands-on experience with Testing and Validation of functional configurations

Experience in Master Data configuration (Products, Items, BOM, Dimensions, etc.)

Good understanding of business processes, data migration, and integration scenarios

Strong documentation and presentation skills (FRD, FDD, Fit-Gap, etc.)

Experience in end-to-end project implementation
