Supply Chain Logistics Manager

We are focused on building a strong and efficient logistics and supply chain ecosystem to support our growth.

We are looking for a Supply Chain & Logistics Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad (U.P. – 201005).

This role involves managing transportation, logistics operations, and cost optimization, while ensuring timely deliveries and efficient coordination across stakeholders.

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations across multiple locations
• Plan and execute transportation for packaging and CAPEX materials
• Monitor and optimize logistics costs and operational efficiency
• Identify, onboard, and manage logistics partners and transport vendors
• Negotiate freight rates and maintain cost-effective pricing structures
• Build and maintain a reliable transporter network across regions
• Track shipments and ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Coordinate with vendors, warehouses, and internal teams for smooth execution
• Monitor logistics performance metrics (delivery timelines, cost efficiency, service levels)
• Address operational challenges and ensure continuity of supply
• Maintain required documentation related to dispatch, PODs, and billing

• 3–8 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation
• Experience in transporter/vendor management and freight coordination
• Understanding of logistics cost structures and optimization approaches
• Familiarity with transportation networks across India
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics tracking tools
• Experience in B2B, manufacturing, packaging, or e-commerce supply chains is an advantage
