About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Executive to manage and coordinate the movement of goods across domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth dispatch operations, timely deliveries, and accurate documentation maintaining the highest standards of efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee daily dispatch and shipment activities for domestic and export orders.
• Coordinate with production, sales, and accounts departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Manage logistics partners, freight forwarders, and courier services to optimize cost and delivery time.
• Prepare and verify all logistics documentation, including invoices, packing lists, airway bills, and shipping instructions.
• Track shipments and maintain dispatch records for management review.
• Handle customs clearance, insurance, and export compliance in coordination with agents.
• Monitor inventory movement between, factory, and clients.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance logistics efficiency.

Requirements:

• Good Communication Skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.
• 25 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or export coordination, preferably in the jewelry or manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures and documentation.
• Proficient in MS Office and communication tools.
• Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
