Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory management and demand planning.
- Monitor supply chain performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards in supply chain operations.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications
- 9-12 years of experience in supply chain management or related field.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes including procurement, production, logistics, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Excel).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement solutions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
