Supply Chain Lead

About the Role

Supply chain plays a critical role in ensuring Cleevo products are always available for customers. This role focuses on managing procurement, inventory, and logistics so that materials flow smoothly from vendors to our factory and finished goods reach our warehouses and sales channels efficiently.

You will work closely with the production, operations, and sales teams to ensure the system runs reliably as the company scales.

What You'll Do

● Procurement & Vendor Management - Manage sourcing of raw materials and packaging while building reliable vendor relationships and ensuring timely availability.

● Inventory Management - Maintain optimal inventory levels across factory and warehouses to ensure smooth operations without excess stock.

● Logistics & Warehousing - Oversee movement of goods from factory to warehouses and marketplace fulfilment centres while keeping logistics efficient and cost-effective.

● Marketplace Replenishment - Ensure consistent product availability across Amazon, quick commerce platforms, and other sales channels.

● Systems & Processes - Build simple, scalable processes for procurement, inventory tracking, and supply visibility as the company grows.

What We're Looking For

● 1–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, operations, or logistics (FMCG experience is helpful)

● Strong understanding of procurement, inventory, and logistics

● Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment

● High ownership mindset with strong execution ability
