About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Supply Chain Operations Intern to support our supply chain, logistics, and operational activities. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to supply chain planning, vendor coordination, logistics optimization, and compliance within a structured business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day supply chain and logistics operations
- Support coordination with 3PL and 4PL service providers
- Help track inventory movement, shipment status, and delivery performance
- Assist in vendor management, documentation, and service-level monitoring
- Support process improvement initiatives across procurement, warehousing, and distribution
- Maintain operational records, reports, and MIS dashboards
- Assist in ensuring compliance with logistics, transportation, and supply chain regulations
- Support audits, contracts review, and operational documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as procurement, finance, and operations
Required Qualifications- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in:Supply Chain Management,Operations Management,Logistics,Business Administration,
- Industrial Engineering or related field
- Must have basic to intermediate knowledge of:
- 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) business models,4PL (Fourth-Party Logistics) business administration,Supply chain outsourcing frameworks,Vendor and contract management
- Understanding of relevant laws and regulations, including:Transportation and logistics laws,Warehousing and supply chain compliance requirements,Contractual and regulatory aspects of logistics operations
Preferred Skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of supply chain processes (procurement to delivery)
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Basic knowledge of ERP or supply chain software is a plus
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
