Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to be a part of our Operations Team. It will involve end-to-end coordination of last mile logistics in the US. This role offers hands-on exposure to logistics, procurement, warehousing, and process improvement within a global supply chain environment. The role is ideal for a graduate student eager to learn and contribute to a sustainability-driven business.
What You'll Do- Assist in day-to-day supply chain activities including logistics coordination and inventory tracking for our US operations
- Support customer and supplier engagement for timely deliveries and a world class customer service
- Help monitor warehouse operations and documentation
- Coordinate with various logistics partners for inbound and outbound shipments
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and reduce costs
- Learn and work across procurement, logistics, and cross-functional supply chain activities.
Who You Are- Graduate in Commerce / Engineering / Supply Chain / Operations
- Demonstrated experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management
- Experience working in international logistics, especially the US, is a plus
- Familiar with MS Excel and comfortable learning ERP or tracking tools
- Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented with a willingness to learn
- Proactive, with strong communication and collaboration skills
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra with US shift timings
