Supply Chain Executive

We're looking for a Supply Chain Executive who loves structure, builds strong vendor relationships, and ensures the right products reach the right place at the right time

What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day purchasing for kitchen, bakery, retail, packaging, and operations.
• Generate and track purchase orders.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
• Compare quotations and negotiate the best value while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain optimum inventory levels and prevent stock shortages or overstocking.
• Source new vendors and products aligned with The Fresh Factory's quality philosophy.
• Work closely with chefs and department heads for procurement planning.
• Ensure proper documentation, invoices, GRNs, and purchase records.
• Monitor pricing trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain high vendor accountability for quality, consistency, and timelines.

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing (F&B, hospitality, retail, or FMCG preferred).
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
• Comfortable with Excel and inventory/POS systems.
