About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to manage and optimize end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations, especially focused on cross-border e-commerce exports. The role involves close coordination with logistics partners, internal teams, and merchants to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant order fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations for domestic and international shipments.
- Coordinate with logistics partners, freight forwarders, and courier vendors.
- Monitor order fulfilment, shipment tracking, delivery timelines, and exceptions.
- Ensure compliance with export documentation, customs processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Optimize shipping costs, transit times, and logistics performance metrics.
- Handle inventory movement, warehouse coordination, and stock reconciliation.
- Work closely with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Sales, Customer Support) to resolve supply chain issues.
- Analyze supply chain data and prepare MIS reports for management review.
- Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support vendor onboarding, SLA management, and performance evaluation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or related field
- 47 years of hands-on experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations (e-commerce preferred)
- Strong understanding of domestic & international logistics, exports, and customs processes
- Experience working with courier partners, freight forwarders, and 3PLs
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and supply chain reporting
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

- Experience in cross-border e-commerce or export-focused startups.
- Exposure to supply chain automation tools or logistics platforms
