Job Description
Organizes and implements a variety of responsibilities related to the flow of materials, products, services and associated systems information.
Duties involve but are not limited to supply chain services, inventory control, critical parts availability, material handling, import-export licensing, shipment of products, and third party warehousing.
Evaluates customer support and field service commitments to ensure customer requirements are met.
Serves as liaison between sales and operations teams to develop concepts and coordinate product knowledge; provides data analysis for production planning and volume studies; and participates in process/rating improvement efforts.
Assists in developing logistics plans and procedures. 0-3 years of experience
Key Responsibilities (Easy To Understand)
- Help manage the flow of materials and products across suppliers, warehouses, and customers
- Support inventory tracking and ensure critical parts are available
- Assist with shipping coordination , including domestic and international shipments
- Help with import/export documentation and compliance (basic level)
- Coordinate with thirdparty warehouses for storage and movement of goods
- Support customer delivery and service commitments
- Act as a bridge between Sales and Operations teams to share product and delivery information
- Perform basic data analysis to support production planning and demand/volume studies
- Participate in process improvements and help update logistics procedures
Experience Profile Needed
- 0- 3 years of experience
- Location- Sanand, Ahmedabad
- Suitable for freshers or earlycareer candidates
- Background preferred in:
- Supply Chain
- Logistics
- Operations
- Industrial / Mechanical / Operations-related degrees
- Good coordination, communication, and basic analytical skills
