Role Overview

DiamondXE is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to manage our end-to-end supply chain operations at our Mumbai office. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our inventory, procurement, and vendor data are accurately maintained within our ERP system. You will act as the backbone of our operations, ensuring that diamond, gemstone, and jewellery data is flawless, secure, and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities

·      ERP Data Management: Ensure all inventory records, supplier contacts, and associated data are accurately maintained and regularly updated within the DiamondXE ERP system.

·      Procurement & Vendor Coordination: Manage diamond procurement processes and maintain seamless communication with vendors.

·      Inventory Oversight: Maintain rigorous control over inventory levels and stock movements.

·      Certification & Documentation: Oversee all product certifications and necessary legal/logistical documentation.

·      Logistics & Security: Manage secure transport and handling protocols for high-value items.

·      Cost & Price Management: Assist in maintaining accurate cost structures and pricing data.

·      Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with other internal departments, specifically focusing on security and audit compliance.

Requirements

·      Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management (preferably in the luxury jewelry or diamond industry).

·      High proficiency in ERP systems and data entry.

·      Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.

·      Excellent communication skills for vendor and cross-departmental coordination.

·      Knowledge of security protocols for handling high-value assets.
