About the Role:
We are looking for a meticulous and hands-on Supply Chain Executive to provide maternity leave coverage for our existing team member. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all hardware, software, and IT assets are accurately loaded into Snipe-IT, properly tracked, deployed, and accounted for at all times. You will also process purchase orders in NetSuite and support day-to-day procurement and logistics activities to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory & Asset Management (Primary Focus)
- Maintain accurate inventory records for hardware, software, and IT assets using inventory management systems (e.g. Snipe-IT)
- Manage the full asset lifecycle: registration, withdrawal, deployment, transfers, returns, and disposal
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical counts against system records
- Track software license renewals and subscription expiry dates
Procurement & Logistics (Supporting)
- Support RFQ issuance, quotation evaluation, and vendor coordination
- Process Purchase Requisition and prepare purchase orders
- Monitor order status and follow up to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate local deliveries and distributions
- Support vendor onboarding and maintain procurement documentation for audit and compliance
- Liaise with Finance on invoice verification, payment tracking, and vendor reconciliations
- Assist with project deployments and other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Inventory & Logistics, or a related discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in inventory management, IT asset management, or supply chain operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Familiarity with NetSuite or Snipe-IT is a strong advantage
- Background in IT procurement, hardware asset tracking, or software licensing is a plus
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities independently
