Job Description

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Engineer to manage day-to-day supply chain operations including inventory control, sourcing support, logistics coordination (including international shipments), supplier follow-up, invoicing verification, and GRN processing. The candidate must have hands-on operational experience in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage inventory planning, stock monitoring, and reconciliation.
  • Handle supplier coordination and follow-ups for timely material delivery.
  • Support sourcing activities including vendor identification and quotation comparison.
  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments.
  • Manage shipment documentation and coordinate with logistics partners.
  • Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and received materials.
  • Generate and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) in ERP systems.
  • Resolve discrepancies related to quantity, documentation, or delivery timelines.
  • Work closely with production, finance, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations.

Required Experience & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Supply Chain / Operations.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience in supply chain or procurement in a manufacturing company.
  • Practical experience handling inventory systems and ERP tools.
  • Experience coordinating shipments and working with logistics providers.
  • Strong follow-up and vendor coordination skills.
