Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Engineer to manage day-to-day supply chain operations including inventory control, sourcing support, logistics coordination (including international shipments), supplier follow-up, invoicing verification, and GRN processing. The candidate must have hands-on operational experience in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage inventory planning, stock monitoring, and reconciliation.
- Handle supplier coordination and follow-ups for timely material delivery.
- Support sourcing activities including vendor identification and quotation comparison.
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments.
- Manage shipment documentation and coordinate with logistics partners.
- Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and received materials.
- Generate and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) in ERP systems.
- Resolve discrepancies related to quantity, documentation, or delivery timelines.
- Work closely with production, finance, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations.
Required Experience & Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Supply Chain / Operations.
- Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience in supply chain or procurement in a manufacturing company.
- Practical experience handling inventory systems and ERP tools.
- Experience coordinating shipments and working with logistics providers.
- Strong follow-up and vendor coordination skills.
