Supply Chain Delivery Manager - VP

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated global supply chain strategies covering the full contract lifecycle
• Design and deliver supply chain solutions across multiple spend categories, geographies, and business areas
• Own, develop, and manage strategic suppliers in line with organisational objectives
• Identify, onboard, and assess new suppliers while driving continuous improvement in supplier performance
• Plan and prioritise resources to ensure effective delivery and governance of the supply base
• Execute contract and financial signing authority in accordance with delegated authority frameworks
• Build deep market insights through analysis of supply chain trends and external benchmarks
• Deliver supply chain solutions that align with business strategy and challenge existing models where required
• Apply risk, cost, and performance considerations to all supply chain decisions

Required Experience

• Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience
• At least ten years of relevant supply chain or procurement experience
• Strong background in technology procurement, ideally within service sector or global capability centre environments
• Proven experience managing business-critical supplier contracts and relationships
• Hands-on experience with global supply chain models including outsourcing, offshore, utility, and make-versus-buy
• Willingness to work UK shifts to support global operations
