PULS Group is a global leader in DIN rail power supplies and industrial power technology operating across 25+ countries — this is not a generic procurement role, you are supporting a structured global SAP-driven procurement process with direct international stakeholder exposure across India, Germany, and global supply chain teams.

We are building our India procurement capability and this is a foundational role with clear growth potential as PULS India scales toward full manufacturing operations in Chennai and Hosur.

What You'll Do

• Convert Purchase Requisitions (PR) into Purchase Orders (PO) in SAP MM for PULS GmbH procurement operations — coordinating and consolidating multiple PRs across stakeholders
• Release purchase orders to suppliers, track acknowledgements, monitor open POs, and follow up for timely deliveries
• Track received orders, support material receipt booking, and coordinate with warehouse and internal teams for receipt confirmation and issue resolution
• Handle packaging, labelling, and indirect material procurement including supplier identification and quotation support
• Maintain procurement records, support audit and documentation requirements, and escalate delays or critical issues impacting supply timelines
• Work cross-functionally with finance, operations, warehouse, and engineering teams in a global SAP-driven procurement environment

What We're Looking For

• 2–3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain operations, or material coordination with at least 1 year in an SAP environment
• Hands-on SAP procurement experience ideally with SAP MM — strong understanding of PR-to-PO workflows and purchase order management
• Strong follow-up discipline, coordination skills, and attention to detail across suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables, reporting, and basic procurement data analysis
• Experience in indirect procurement, vendor coordination, or global supply chain operations is a strong advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or relevant Engineering field
• Supply Chain Coordinator, Procurement Coordinator, Purchasing Coordinator, Procurement Executive, Purchase Officer, or Materials Coordinator with equivalent experience are welcome to apply
