Hiring: Supply Chain Coordinator | Gurgaon (Sector 44)

We are a fast-growing European beauty brand with a presence in 100+ countries, looking for a data-driven Supply Chain Coordinator to manage our global inventory lifecycle end-to-end.
This role is ideal for someone who is strong in analytics, comfortable working with large datasets, and focused on ensuring seamless product availability across international markets.
What You'll Do
Inventory Planning & Optimization
- Track fast-moving vs slow-moving SKUs
- Optimize warehouse utilization and inventory allocation
- Maintain optimal stock levels across global markets
Demand Forecasting
- Analyze historical sales, seasonality, and marketing inputs
- Build accurate demand plans and continuously refine forecasts
Purchase Order Management
- Create and manage purchase orders with global vendors
- Track production, dispatch, and delivery timelines
Cost & Margin Analysis
- Monitor product margins and shipping/landed costs
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability
Supply Chain Performance
- Track supplier lead times and logistics timelines
- Identify bottlenecks and improve operational efficiency
Returns & Quality Tracking
- Monitor returns, damages, and defect rates
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve packaging and logistics quality
Customer Experience Impact
- Ensure high product availability to support retention and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Inventory Planning
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards; Macros is a plus)
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in metrics such as Inventory Turnover, Safety Stock, and Fill Rate
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage large SKU-level datasets
- Experience with international vendors or cross-border logistics is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
