Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations to ensure timely distribution and delivery of agricultural inputs and equipment.
  • Oversee contract management and physical distribution processes across locations.
  • Handle payment processing and reconciliation related to supply chain activities.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to optimize procurement and delivery timelines.
  • Monitor inventory movement and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
  • Implement 5S principles to streamline workflows and improve data and information management.
  • Identify operational gaps and apply logical problem-solving approaches to improve efficiency.
  • Support cotton farming initiatives by ensuring uninterrupted supply chain operations across regions.
  • Maintain strong communication with internal teams to ensure alignment and operational effectiveness.

Experience Required:

  • 1-3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
  • Exposure to vendor coordination and contract handling.
  • Basic understanding of payment processes and reconciliation.
  • Knowledge of agriculture supply chains, especially cotton-related operations, is an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
