Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations to ensure timely distribution and delivery of agricultural inputs and equipment.
- Oversee contract management and physical distribution processes across locations.
- Handle payment processing and reconciliation related to supply chain activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to optimize procurement and delivery timelines.
- Monitor inventory movement and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
- Implement 5S principles to streamline workflows and improve data and information management.
- Identify operational gaps and apply logical problem-solving approaches to improve efficiency.
- Support cotton farming initiatives by ensuring uninterrupted supply chain operations across regions.
- Maintain strong communication with internal teams to ensure alignment and operational effectiveness.
Experience Required:
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
- Exposure to vendor coordination and contract handling.
- Basic understanding of payment processes and reconciliation.
- Knowledge of agriculture supply chains, especially cotton-related operations, is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
