Job Description

  • Develop and execute supplier management strategies to enhance performance, cost, and quality.
  • Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing, and commercial terms.
  • Monitor supplier performance through defined KPIs and ensure adherence to delivery, quality, and service expectations.
  • Conduct periodic supplier reviews, assessments, and audits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Quality, Operations, Finance) to align supplier performance with business needs.
  • Identify areas for improvement and drive supplier corrective actions.
  • Manage supplier onboarding, qualification, and risk-mitigation processes.
  • Act as the escalation point for supplier-related issues or disputes.
  • Ensure full compliance with SLB policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
  • Support sourcing strategies, new supplier evaluations, and innovation initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term supplier relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in supplier management, procurement, or supply chain operations.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication capabilities.
  • Experience in contract management and supplier performance evaluation.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and geographies.
  • Proficiency with procurement tools and data analytics.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
