VDart is hiring an SRM Lead to manage and scale strategic supplier partnerships supporting US staffing and recruitment operations. This role is designed for professionals with strong exposure to the US staffing ecosystem who can drive supplier performance through structured engagement and data-driven governance.
Role Summary
The SRM Lead will act as a strategic interface between VDart and its US staffing suppliers. The role focuses on long-term partnership development, performance optimization, and alignment with internal hiring and delivery teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen supplier relationships within the US staffing ecosystem
- Transition vendors from transactional engagement to strategic partnerships
- Conduct structured, data-backed supplier performance reviews
- Define, communicate, and enforce delivery expectations and SLAs
- Collaborate with internal recruitment and delivery stakeholders to support US hiring needs
- Use analytics and performance insights to drive continuous supplier improvement
Required Experience
- 36 years of experience in US Staffing, US Recruitment, US Bench Sales, or US Procurement
- Proven experience working with suppliers, vendors, or staffing partners
- Strong understanding of US hiring workflows, supplier performance metrics, and delivery models
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
