Supplier Quality System Homologation & Reporting in all plants 
Monitor & improve daily/weekly/monthly/yearly Supplier Audit 
Worst Suppliers Improvements 
Monitor & Reduce Defects/PPM Full step integration all Supplier in system 100%
RFQ/Sourcing and approval new Supplier by on time audit 100% 
Worst supplier Improvements (Rank C suppliers must convert into A rank)
Review and monitor Worst supplier improvements fortnightly   
Trained the team for Process Audit each Plant min 1 candidates 
Ontime PPAP completion as per procedure in team center 
FMEA & Control plan update follow-ups with all Plants 
Monitor & Manage All PRM plan & Actual weekly/Monthly/Yearly 
Must Follow SAP compliance all over plants 
All IR debits must share to All supplier 
Plan Daily/Weekly/Monthly review with internal department as per defined timelines
Reward & Recognition system for Q-stops /Improvements 
 APQP and New model knowledge
GD&T , VDA 6.3 certifications , IATF audit,ISO-9000,
