Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Supply Chain professional at Indira IVF's headquarters in Udaipur. The role involves managing procurement, inventory control, vendor relationships, and logistics to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of hospital supply chains. Responsibilities include sourcing cost-effective supplies, negotiating vendor contracts, overseeing transportation processes, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. The candidate will also collaborate with internal teams to optimize supply chain processes and improve operational performance.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in vendor management, contract negotiations, and maintaining supplier relationships
  • Strong skills in inventory control, stock optimization, and logistics coordination
  • Familiarity with procurement systems, supply chain software, and reporting tools
  • Analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a focus on cost efficiency
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities
  • Understanding of hospital supply chain standards and regulatory compliance
  • Prior experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement (experience in healthcare is a plus)
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
