Position Overview:
We are looking for a fresher/graduate candidate who is eager to learn and take responsibility as a Supervisor for our toy manufacturing factory & assembly unit. The role involves daily coordination between the production (factory) and assembly teams, ensuring smooth workflow, timely supply of parts, and reporting of daily progress.
Salary Package : 2LPA to 2.64LPA (Base on Skills & Experience)
Location : Near Crawford Market, Mumbai
Preferred Immediate Joiners (Male Candidates)
Daily Responsibilities:
- Check daily production numbers at the factory and ensure parts are sent to the assembly unit on time.
- Track if all required materials and external components are available for assembly.
- Coordinate with workers to make sure both factory and assembly are working in sync.
- Monitor assembly progress and report any delays or issues to seniors.
- Visit both factory and assembly units regularly to supervise ongoing work.
- Maintain simple records of daily output in Excel/MIS.
- Ensure workers are following basic processes and safety instructions.
- Inform management immediately in case of bottlenecks or urgent issues.
- Help in training and guiding workers for smoother operations.
- Support in improving efficiency and reducing delays in toy delivery.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate in any stream (fresher/entry-level candidates can apply).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
