We are seeking an experienced Supervisor - Rigging to lead our rigging operations in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rigging, ensuring the safety and efficiency of all rigging activities on-site.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate rigging operations on-site to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Inspect rigging equipment and ensure all tools are in good working condition.
- Collaborate with project managers and other teams to plan rigging activities effectively.
- Train and mentor rigging crew members on best practices and safety protocols.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures during rigging operations.
- Maintain accurate records of rigging activities and equipment inspections.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-6 years of experience in rigging or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of rigging principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using rigging equipment such as hoists, pulleys, and slings.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and standards in rigging operations.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
