Overview
ROLE AT A GLANCE:
The role will oversee and execute day-to-day administrative operations related to all types of sales event activities at Herbalife. Key responsibilities include coordinating events-related documents, maintaining records, supporting the customer service team, supporting event execution ( day event, residential conference/ retreat etc.) that include travel to support and execute events. Additionally managing communication with distributors, office administration, third party vendor management. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Regional headquarters and requires strong organizational and communication skills to effectively support the sales events process and ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities / Duties
- Plan and execute regional sales events
- Coordinate end-to-end event logistics including venue, travel, accommodation, materials, and scheduling
- Travel as required to support on-ground execution of events
- Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and company standards
- Support promotion and communication of events to distributors
- Manage event-related documentation including approvals, PR/POs, and record-keeping
- Maintain accurate records of events, participation, and outcomes
- Assist in preparing reports to track effectiveness
- Provide administrative support to the regional sales team
- Coordinate communication between internal teams (sales, customer service, operations)
- Manage third-party vendors including event agencies, hotels, and logistics providers
- Ensure vendor deliverables meet agreed requirements and quality standards
- Support office administration related to event execution
- Collaborate with customer service teams to address event-related inquiries
- Ensure smooth participant experience before, during, and after events

Qualifications For Success
Education
Experience
- 5+ years
- Experience in event coordination, sales support, administrative roles
Skills/Certifications
- General Administration and Organization Skills to manage daily operations and maintain accurate records
- Strong Communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders and deliver clear, concise information
- Administrative Assistance experience with the ability to handle scheduling, documentation, and operational tasks
- Customer Service/vendor management expertise to handle inquiries and provide efficient solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other standard administrative tools
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team in a dynamic environment
