Payment Posting Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a Supervisor to manage a team of QA Analysts and Data Entry Operators in Payment Posting processes. The role focuses on driving team performance, ensuring quality and productivity targets, and maintaining SLA adherence.

The Supervisor will act as a bridge between operations, QA, and management while ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management

• Manage and supervise a team of QA Analysts and production staff.
• Monitor daily productivity, quality, and SLA adherence.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching.

Quality & Operations Oversight

• Ensure high-quality standards in payment posting and QA processes.
• Review audit results and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Manage workload distribution and resource planning.

Exception & Escalation Management

• Handle escalations and critical issues from team members.
• Ensure timely resolution of exception queues.
• Coordinate with SMEs and managers for complex cases.

Reporting & Stakeholder Communication

• Prepare and share performance reports (quality, productivity, errors).
• Participate in client calls and internal reviews.
• Ensure adherence to client requirements and SLAs.

Process Improvement

• Identify improvement opportunities in workflows.
• Drive team-level initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Required Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM.
• Prior experience in team handling or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of Payment Posting and QA processes.
