We are seeking an experienced Supervisor - Plumber to lead our plumbing team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing operations and the ability to manage projects effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate plumbing activities and projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and plumbing codes.
• Train and mentor junior plumbing staff and apprentices.
• Conduct inspections of plumbing installations and repairs.
• Manage inventory and order plumbing supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with other trades and contractors on job sites.

Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical.
• 5-8 years of experience in plumbing and supervisory roles.
• In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in using plumbing tools and equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
