Description
We are seeking an experienced Supervisor Plumber-PHE to lead our plumbing team in executing installations and maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in plumbing with a focus on safety and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes during plumbing work.
- Coordinate with project managers and other trades to complete plumbing projects on time.
- Conduct regular inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and ensure optimal performance.
- Train and mentor junior plumbers and apprentices in plumbing techniques and safety practices.
Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma in Plumbing or ITI certification in Plumbing and Heating Engineering (PHE).
- 5-6 years of experience in plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
