Job Description

Major Responsibilities

Shift Supervision of Nuclear Pump Component Machining .

  • Solving technical problem related to tooling ,programming activities.
  • Coordination with Q.A, sub-contract, MRP,QM for day to day activities.
  • Follow up for shortages.
  • Supervision and solving of process related problem .
  • Monitoring production booking for shop associates
  • Implementation of ISO9001, OHSAS, EMS and 5S at shop .
  • Notification closure with proper CAPA.
  • Initiate productivity improvement and process improvement.
  • Develop Proper system for material handling and storage for all components.
  • Follow the 5s and safety culture

Requirement Profile

  • Formal education: BE ( Mechanical)
  • Professional experience:4 to 5 years

Functional Competencies

  • Knowledge machining process for CNC Turning boring, Milling ,Grinding ,EDM
  • Knowledge of Tooling, Jigs fixture and gauges
  • Knowledge of CAM , Process development on CNC using CAM .
  • Knowledge of LEAN mfg. process
  • Knowledge of Process capability study .
  • Knowledge of SAP-PP Module and MS Office
  • Knowledge of IMS and Industrial Safety Awareness
