Summary
Summary of Job
(Purpose/ objective of the job Department organogram to be enclosed)
- To ensure the preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipments of the specified area / section.
- Execution of Electrical maintenance and perform operation, maintenance and problem shooting of DG, Transformer, PCC, MCC.
Key Responsibilities
(Performance Indicators)
- Implementation of WI/SOP/Check list and history sheet of equipments.
- Responsible for scheduled maintenance activities of the specified area.
- Following the Preventive maintenance schedule of Motor MCC and PCC.
- Daily check routine maintenance and supervision of maintenance job.
- Indenting of spares follow up with purchase deptt and inspection of material.
- Implementation of WCM / Six Sigma / TPM initiative in the plant area.
- Ensuring participation in the Sankalp Scheme for process improvements.
- Compliance to ISO requirements.

Qualification & Experience
- ITI Electrical with 5- 10 years of experience.

Competencies ( Technical, Functional & Behavioral)
- Technical:
- Knowledge & experience on maintenance of alternators, transformers, motors and protection relays.
- Have practiced on modern electrical maintenance techniques for better efficiency of the electrical installations.
