Key Job Roles
Clinic Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth patient flow
- Coordinate between doctors, reception, nursing, and support staff
Staff Supervision & Scheduling
- Supervise front desk, nurses, GDAs, and housekeeping staff
- Manage duty rosters, attendance, and staff performance
Patient Experience & Service Quality
- Ensure high standards of patient care and service
- Handle patient concerns, feedback, and complaints professionally
Inventory & Compliance
- Monitor medical supplies, equipment, and stock levels
- Ensure clinic follows hygiene, safety, and biomedical waste protocols
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain daily reports (OPD, revenue, consumables, incidents)
- Support management in audits, documentation, and process improvement
