Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct X-ray screening and image interpretation of check-in baggage to identify Dangerous Goods,
Prohibited Articles, Weapons, or Ammunition.
Perform physical inspection of baggage as required.
Execute Explosive Trace Detection (ETD) tests post X-ray screening.
Ensure 100% compliance with all directives issued by BCAS and DGCA.
Monitor and maintain the secure allocation and custody of security stickers and other auditable
documents.
Adhere to strict timelines for screening and inspection procedures.
Coordinate effectively with Airlines, CISF, and other stakeholders for physical checks and operational
support
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
Education
Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
Certifications
Successfully completed AVSEC Basic Course certified by BCAS.
Possess a valid ILHBS X-ray Screener Certificate.
Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience as an ILHBS Screener in an airport security environment.
