Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Supervisor role based in Jaipur. The Supervisor will oversee daily retail operations, manage staff, assist customers, and ensure the store functions smoothly. Responsibilities include scheduling, training team members, managing inventory, ensuring a positive customer experience, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The Supervisor will also address customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in team management, staff supervision, and training
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and problem solve under pressure
- Previous experience in a retail or supervisory role is preferred
