Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all fabrication and machining activities in the workshop according to established procedures and work instructions.
  • Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of machinery and tools to optimize productivity.
  • Monitor quality of fabricated and machined components, ensuring adherence to standards and specifications.
  • Maintain accurate records of production, machine usage, and any non-conformities.
  • Implement and enforce safety standards to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
  • Lead and guide shop floor personnel, providing training and supervision as required.
  • Support implementation and maintenance of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Environmental Management System (EMS) practices within the shop.
  • Coordinate with other departments for timely completion of production schedules.
