We are seeking a skilled Supervisor for DX & VRV systems to oversee installation and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing HVAC systems, ensuring high-quality performance and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise installation, maintenance, and repair of DX and VRV systems.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
• Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting of HVAC systems.
• Provide technical support and training to junior technicians.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical.
• 5-8 years of experience in HVAC systems, specifically DX and VRV systems.
• Strong understanding of HVAC principles and technologies.
• Proficiency in using HVAC design and simulation software.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
