We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Supervisor-DX and VRV to oversee our HVAC operations. Responsibilities

• Supervise installation, maintenance, and repair of DX and VRV systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards during operations.
• Lead and train a team of technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of HVAC systems to optimize performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in DX and VRV systems promptly.
• Manage inventory and order necessary parts and tools for service operations.
• Prepare reports on system performance and maintenance activities.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience in HVAC systems, specifically in DX and VRV technologies.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC principles and practices.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems.
• Experience in team leadership and staff training.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulations related to HVAC.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certification in HVAC technology or a related field is preferred.
