Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supervisor-Collections to lead our collections team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with policies, and driving performance improvements in the collections process.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the collections team to ensure efficient operations.
Monitor collection activities and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Analyze collection reports and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance collection performance.
Train and mentor team members to improve their skills and productivity.
Communicate with clients regarding outstanding debts and negotiate payment arrangements.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in collections or accounts receivable management.
Strong understanding of collection processes and debt recovery techniques.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and collection software.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on performance metrics.
