Job Description

To ensure production/Integration under strict safety norms
Should be able to understand production/integration drawing & give related instruction to workmen
Ensure production according to Drawing & Procedures
Should be able to maintain discipline among workmen and meet target as per CCPM
Leadership skills
Good interpersonal skills
Able to work with people, should have good communication skills- written & verbal
Ensure material full kit before starting of activity
Prepare plan along with business partner to meet target dates
Daily, weekly & monthly monitoring of work progress
Ensure usage of PPE for self and workmen in shop
Able to work in shifts and handle shifts individually
Familiar with MS office, CCPM, MS project
Able to prepare shop performance data on monthly basis
Root cause analysis skill
