- Supervisor I, Client Services
- With Inbound International Voice experience
- 5+ years of experience with inbound international voice process (preferably USA).
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in a customer support supervisory role in a high call volume environment
- Experience in Revenue Cycle Management domain (US Healthcare) and practice management software applicationswould be an added advantage
- Open to work in US shift (India night shift)
- Open to work from office (all days)
