This is a full-time on-site Supervisor role based in Ahmedabad. The Supervisor will oversee day-to-day construction activities, manage project schedules, ensure quality control, and maintain compliance with safety standards. They will coordinate with various teams, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of projects. Additionally, the Supervisor will address challenges that arise on-site and provide solutions to ensure smooth operations.

• Experience in project management, resource planning, and team coordination
• Knowledge of construction techniques, safety protocols, and quality management standards
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using construction management tools and software is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in supervising construction projects is highly desirable
