Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor Interior & Wood Work, based in Ahmedabad. The Site Supervisor will oversee and manage interior and woodwork-related projects, ensuring quality workmanship and timely completion. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, architects, and contractors, supervising workers on-site, monitoring progress, and addressing any issues that arise during execution. The role also involves maintaining compliance with safety regulations and project specifications while ensuring project timelines and budgets are adhered to.

Qualifications:

Proven expertise in interior and woodwork construction, along with a good understanding of materials and techniques

Strong project management, organization, and time management skills

Effective leadership, team management, and communication capabilities

Knowledge of safety guidelines and building regulations

Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions effectively under pressure

Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints

Previous site supervision or project management experience is preferred

Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related fields is an advantage

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise interior and woodwork activities at project sites

Manage carpenters, contractors, and site workers

Ensure work execution as per drawings and project requirements

Monitor quality, finishing standards, and timelines

Coordinate with vendors, clients, and project team

Maintain daily site progress reports

Ensure proper material usage and site safety compliance

Requirements:

13 years of experience in interior or woodwork site supervision

Knowledge of carpentry, furniture, or interior execution

Ability to read basic drawings (AutoCAD knowledge preferred)

Strong team handling and coordination skills

Good communication and problem-solving ability
