Job Overview
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 4+ years of experience to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences.
The ideal candidate should have a strong design portfolio, hands-on experience across the full design lifecycle, and the ability to translate business requirements into engaging user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, user interviews, usability testing, and analyze user feedback.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure consistency with design systems, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and business requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
- Support developers during implementation to ensure design accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI and UX problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Good understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility.
- Experience designing responsive web and/or mobile applications.
- Knowledge of design systems, component libraries, and style guides.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development (preferred).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
